    How to Track Walmart Orders?

    You can easily track your Walmart orders either through the shipping confirmation email you receive or directly on Walmart.com. Here are the steps to follow:

    Tracking Your Order on Walmart.com:

    1. Log into your Walmart.com account. Make sure you are signed in to your account.
    2. Select Account. On the Walmart.com homepage, navigate to the "Account" section.
    3. Select Purchase History. In the Account menu, click "Purchase history."
    4. Select Track Shipment. Find the order you want to track and click on "Track Shipment."

    Tracking Your Order in the Walmart App:

    1. Open the Walmart app. Launch the Walmart app on your mobile device.
    2. Select Account. Tap on the "Account" icon.
    3. Select Purchase History. Go to "Purchase history."
    4. Track Shipment. Scroll to the specific order you wish to track and tap "Track Shipment."

    When your package ships, Walmart will email you a tracking link, you can use this link at any time to check the progress of your shipment.     I want to refund the money. What to do first?

    If you want to refund the money, start by verifying that the item you wish to return is eligible by reviewing Walmart's return policy.

    Refunds will be issued when returning items to Walmart.com using your original payment method. Outbound shipping charges may not be refunded. Debit and credit card refunds will take up to 10 business days. The refund will be processed onto a Walmart shopping or gift card if the original card is unavailable. If you cancel an order before it ships, the authorization hold on your payment method will be released. If the item has already shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you can still return the item for a refund through Marketplace.

    Where can I get Return Labels for Online Orders?

    You'll receive an email with the return label when you initiate a return. You can print this label directly from the email or your Purchase History. Follow these steps to print your label:

    1. Go to your Purchase History.
    2. Select the item you want to return.
    3. Start a return.
    4. Choose the items and the reason for the return.
    5. Select refund or replacement.
    6. Add optional comments and save.
    7. Choose the return method.
    8. Review and print.

    If you're returning more than one item, repeat the steps.

    Available Return Methods

    There are four methods to return items. The available options will be displayed when you start your return:

    1. Return to a Walmart store. Either print the barcode or take your return email to the store.
    2. Pickup schedule. Schedule a pick-up from the delivery location. (Repackaging is required);
    3. Return by mail. Print the return label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at USPS or FedEx. (Repackaging is required).

    Contact customer care if your item is oversized or can't be taken to your local carrier.

    What to do if the Walmart order is Not Received?

    If you didn't receive your items but got a delivery notification, follow these steps:

    Shipping Orders

    If your Purchase History shows your package has arrived, but you can't find it:

    • Look around the delivery location;
    • Check the delivery confirmation;
    • Ask your household and neighbors;
    • Please review the address saved in your Walmart.com account to ensure it is free of spelling or numerical errors.

    Wait two business days to see if it arrives. It’s rare, but sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before arriving.

    If your Purchase History shows your package was delivered, but you can't find it:

    • Check the delivery confirmation photo. Do you recognize the doorway in the image?
    • If it is the wrong house, check your address in Google Maps to see if the rooftop pin is correct;
    • Select the Chat with Walmart button;
    • Request a refund by starting a return.

    Optional Delivery Instructions

    To verify your information before checking out, you can add the following delivery instructions:

    • Property type;
    • Gate or call box code;
    • Delivery notes:
      • Do any of the items require a signature?
      • Is it a business address with specific hours of operation?
    • Dropoff location.
